
Are you team savory or team sweet?!
I know, this isn’t a mind blowing post. No crazy recipe here. I have been under the weather for the last few days, and I have been eating toast non stop. Even when I’m not sick, I absolutely love toast. I get some type of comfort from it, plus carbs😋! This was my first time putting cream cheese on toast and holy c – why didn’t I do this before??
Sweet toast:
1 slice of sourdough;
Two strawberries, sliced;
Five blueberries;
1 tbsp of vegan cream cheese;
1/2 tbsp of peanut butter, melted;
1/4 tsp of walnuts, crushed; and
Dash of cinnamon.
Savory toast:
1/2 avocado, smashed;
A pinch of microgreens;
2 heirloom cherry tomatoes, sliced;
A pinch of EBTB seasoning;
Balsamic reduction.
