I decided to kick my regular PSL up this year and make it boozy – a Boozy Vegan Pumpkin Spice Latte, that is. This drink is perfect for your brunch or even just a Sunday stroll.

It seems that as soon as September 1st hits, boom – pumpkin spice lattes everywhere. Well, this one is a bit different. A Boozy Vegan Pumpkin Spice Latte is made with Bailey’s Almanade, which, if you have not tried yet – I strongly recommend. It is very sweet and is not too boozy, so you won’t feel like you can’t stand after a glass.
I first discovered it while on a whale watch with Gabe in Boston. We wanted something that we could drink with our morning coffee while watching whales. I knew that most creamy liquors were diary based, so I was so happy to find this one that was not. Mind you, this was before I was vegan, but I still did not like anything with milk. So, this was kind of perfect!
I also used my frother from Zulay’s Kitchen. This frother is like the king of frothers. So easy to use and made my latte so perfect! It also comes with hands down, the cutest stand ever. You can find this exact product here.
So when September 1st come around the corner, I grabbed by Bailey’s and my Zulay frother and ran to the kitchen to make these Boozy Vegan Pumpkin Spice Latte. This latte pairs perfectly with my maple donuts. It also pairs perfectly with just about anything.
I enjoyed my latte while at the beach with Liberty and Gabe. I know, strange I was at the beach, but I hate the beach when it is crowded and hot. I actually enjoy it the most during the fall and early spring. No crowds. No heat. Plus, you can bring your dogs no problem.
